No change after one finishing one bottle
I purchased this after having read all the raving reviews. In all fairness I suppose I need to give it more time in order to assess its effectiveness but I did complete a full bottle and did not notice any difference anywhere. This time I am going to try the liquid form to see if that makes any difference since I will give it another try.

Love Rosita fish oil soft gels. Great to travel with as there is no risk of spillage. Easy to swallow even for my four year old.
An authentic cod liver oil product
Dear Rosita, My homeopathic doctor recommended cod liver oil to his patients, but he said that there were very few brands that were not over-processed. So, why do companies over-process cod liver oil? Because they can lower costs and increase production. This strategy may work when you are manufacturing furniture, but it does not work when producing natural superfoods. My doctor told me that nutrients like vitamins must be accompanied by their natural food factors. This is the reason why only natural-based vitamins have the chance of offering proper nutrition. And this is why the synthetic vitamin supplements in our nation's drug stores are worse than worthless. They can actually harm your health. One other word of caution There is a paucity of regulation in the production of homeopathic supplements. I used another brand of cod liver oil and it left me short of breath when exercising and at other times of the day. Then, I learned that this manufacturer may have been substituting another fish oil that was more plentiful, but not more healthy. So, all the videos and other information on the Corganic website helped build my confidence that Rosita is a product that lives up to its claims. All the best.
Dear Steve, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Rosita and for sharing your point of view as to what you've learned about supplements today. We are so impressed by your affinity to what we believe as a company! Indeed, other companies over-process cod liver oil to lower cost and increase production. Many other commercial cod liver oil producers can leave their oil in massive vats for up to a year, which can mask quality issues with industrial processing methods. They also choose to purify their oil with heat, which damages its naturally occurring vitamins A and D, and omega fatty acids (and requires the addition of synthetic vitamins to make up for the loss). And like you said, mass produced furniture is one thing, but mass produced cod liver oil is another. As you have learned via our videos and product information, Rosita is the only fresh, wild-caught, raw and unprocessed cod liver oil on the market today, which means all of its vital nutrients remain intact and unadulterated, as Mother Nature intended :) As to your doctor's advice about synthetic vitamins, we couldn't agree more. We tell our customers that the supplements we carry (including Rosita) work best apart from the use of synthetic vitamins. Why? Like you said, in reality, synthetic vitamins are not real vitamins. They won’t get absorbed and assimilated the way real vitamins do (because their natural cofactors have been processed). In fact, synthetic vitamins can actually block the absorption of nutrients from real food. They may even appear to be working because some synthetic supplements treat side effects on a short-term basis. But long term, synthetic supplements are: * non-digestible, * they can linger in the digestive tract, * feed pathogenic bacteria, * and damage the gut lining. Regarding your warning on the lack of regulation in the fish oil industry, we understand. We are so sorry to hear that you had that experience with the other brand you were taking. How scary. We are also aware of other producers using different species of fish from different origins, but calling it cod from Norway. It's really unfortunate. Steve, we're so glad that you have found Rosita through all of your research and advice seeking. We're also happy to hear that our videos were helpful to you, and gave you peace of mind as to what you are putting into your body. We are here to ensure you have all of the information you need to have success with your Rosita and to have a wonderful experience. Thank you again for your support and your wise words, Steve. We wish you the very best on your healthy journey! Warm regards, The Corganic Team
