Can't vouch for effectiveness
It may be too early to say whether the cod liver oil is helping. I can't say that I feel any better after taking it

This stuff is disgusting. Don’t waste your money. I ended up throwing mine away after two uses because it was unpalatable. Save 30 bucks and go buy the Garden of Life oil. I bought this one because it was supposed to be top notch, ie clear fluid bc of filtration and special care. The oil was cloudy and thick. It was also supposed to arrive with two ice packs...yeah right. I paid for ice and I got water packs. All in all not worth the top price for a gross product and unsatisfactory s/h.
Dear Hannah, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're really sorry that you're not happy with your Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil. Please know we care about your experience and your satisfaction. Here's some background information that may help clear up some of these concerns for you. Rosita is indeed filtered with special care. Each batch is third-party tested in a microbiological laboratory and certified to meet strict European regulations for potency and purity. And because this is an extremely fresh and raw product that's unprocessed (created without the use of heat and chemicals), its consistency can vary. The thick, cloudy consistency you experienced is completely normal and due to the oil's robust, rich fatty acid profile. All you have to do is let the bottle sit on the counter for a couple of minutes and shake it before taking your dose - and that cloudiness subsides. As to your concern about your cold packs, the good news is, you don't need them with Rosita products! Rosita can ship safely in all temperatures - even when it’s really hot out. This is because heat can only accelerate oxidation in the presence of oxygen. Your bottle of cod liver oil liquid is nitrogen-flushed (to remove oxygen) before sealing the bottle. This feature allows us to ship to you, even without ice packs :) If you're not liking the fresh fish taste of the oil, the Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil softgels are always a great option, as they have no taste and you can take them any where you go. Hannah, we hope this response helps you understand the unique nature of Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil. All of these features are different than other brands of commercial oils that have been heated and refined. Because Rosita is raw and unprocessed, it retains all of its naturally occurring nutrients and your body is able to easily absorb them. We wish you the very best, Hannah. And we thank you for giving Rosita a try. Warm regards, The Corganic Team
Real good Cod Liver Oil
I believe this is the best Cod Liver Oil on the market today.
Hello Ralph, Thank you so much for your five-star review and for your kind words about Rosita. We couldn't agree more! As the world's only fresh, wild-caught, raw and unprocessed cod liver oil, there's nothing like it :) We appreciate your support and wish you the very best on your healthy journey. Enjoy your Rosita! Best, The Corganic Team
Taste better than expected
This product literally tastes like fresh fish - without those other products that “mask” their fish oil with “lemon” or “orange” flavors. Gently shake this product before consuming and you’re all set!! I will be ordering this product for the foreseeable future!
Hi Ronnie :) Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the fresh fish taste of your Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil! Indeed, there's nothing added to mask its robust taste, so your body recognizes this fresh, wild-caught and raw fish oil as real food :) You're also spot on about gently shaking the bottle to distribute the fatty acids and even out the taste before each use. Ronnie, we're excited and honored to call you a repeat customer. We wish you the best on your healthy journey - and we appreciate your support! Warm regards, The Corganic Team
Honestly, I can’t handle the taste! Even tried it in orange juice, then gave it away to someone who can take it. Back to my Carlson, Cod Liver Oil capsules!
Hi Louise, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that you didn’t like the taste of your Rosita. Here’s a little background about the product to put its taste into context: Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil is fresh, wild caught and raw - from the clean waters of the North Atlantic. Given all of these unique factors, it indeed tastes like fresh fish :) Nothing is done to alter the taste or smell of the oil. No flavorings are added. Many people enjoy the taste, while others, like yourself, find it very fishy. Please keep in mind, there’s nothing like it on the market, so Rosita’s inherent taste is unlike the cod liver oils you can pick up at the grocery store. An industrially processed cod liver oil that tastes like lemon or is bland is likely is devoid of its proper nutrients. Here, you can be assured that the unprocessed, synthetic-free cod liver oil you get from Rosita is as fresh as the day it was bottled. As a side note, here are a few tips on “prepping” your fresh Rosita for the most optimal taste: Your bottle has to be refrigerated. Before taking your preferred dose, take it out of the fridge set it on the counter for two minutes. Then shake! This allows your oil to be properly distributed (it’s a full spectrum oil, so shaking it makes for a consistent taste). Some people like to enjoy a slice of orange afterward for a refreshing chaser. If you’re really sensitive to the taste of fresh fish, we also offer Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil softgels, which have very little to no taste at all. Thanks again and hope this helps. Warm regards, The Corganic Team
